from the company. There are many AMS
companies that are equal price or less that
offer signi昀椀cantly more. This year there
was $4500 budgeted for website design.
I will not be utilizing this as we will be
terminating our contract. Next year be on
the look out for innovative designs, and
easier processing in the portal. The TSPS
store, email templates, informational pages, and other various products will look
vastly different.
We plan to completely rehaul the TSPS
merchandise. Most members have all of
the shirt designs we have, and our merch has not been updated in at least 10
years. This is something I plan to actively change by the end of this year. We will
more than likely have a huge sale on our
current items so that we can bring in updated items. If you have an idea on new
merch, we are open to them! Please give
us your insight on what you would like to
see! Emailing these ideas are best.
and much more! TSPS Staff made a site
visit in March for planning where we observed a lagoon being built as well on site.
This year I will be restructuring our
Sponsorship packages to maximize our
earnings as well as bene昀椀ts for the sponsors. We are looking forward to Expo Sessions this year. This will be an opportunity
that sponsors/exhibitors can pay for. It will
give them a chance to demonstrate and
inform audiences in the exhibit hall on a
stage about their products. These are 30
minute slots in a Talk show format during
the 昀椀rst day of educational sessions. Time
will be allotted for guests to attend these
during the Exhibit Hall Grand Opening,
and again later that Friday.
MISCELLANEOUS UPDATES:
I will be on maternity leave tentatively
starting in July. My due date is July
9th! This means that I will not be at the
Strategic Planning this year. However, we
hired an event management 昀椀rm that will
be assisting with Strategic Planning and
Convention this year. I will however be at
Convention this year with a new addition
to the staff – Baby Vanderhoeven!

BACK TO THE FUTURE - CONVENTION:
This year, Convention will be at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Spa.
Highly recommend bringing the family
as there are many activities for all such as
a wake board simulator, a lazy river that
is heated year round, pickleball courts, a
golf course on the premises (we will be
hosting our annual golf tournament here)
