Building
Momentum
Happy Spring, TSPS Members!
As we step firmly into 2026, our Society
continues moving forward with momentum,
new energy, and a renewed commitment to
serving our members. The work of Texas
surveyors never stops, and neither does our
drive to improve the Society that supports

Software (AMS) system isn’t just a
button‐click upgrade — it’s a detailed,

members will experience a cleaner interface

curtain.

careful process of migrating more than a
decade of data, reorganizing workflows, and
building a system fit for a modern
association. Tasks that once required
workarounds such as chapter
communications, event registration, mobile
usability, and analytics are being rebuilt for
efficiency. Challenges have included

features, and troubleshooting unexpected
issues, all of which are normal in a major

digital shift. The transformation taking

improve communication, and create
flexibility for future growth.
Expanding Professional Development
Members have asked for richer learning
opportunities. This year we are:
- Increasing course variety
- Encouraging first‐time presenters
- Exploring hybrid formats that enhance
rather than replace Convention and
Symposium attendance
